You were given notice on 14th june 2016 that the following goods: 47ft steel yacht situated at cockburn pleasure boat storage of 37 jervoise bay cove, woodman point, munster wa 6166 were ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery cockburn pleasure boat storage of 37 jervoise bay cove, woodman point, munster wa 6166, intends making an application to the court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the act.
