In the estate of Douglas Murray Stewart late of 5 Huxham Glen, Mount Helena in the State of Western Australia, Slaughterman, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 June 2022, are required by the executor, Christopher Duncan Stewart of 135 Whatley Crescent, Bayswater in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to him at care of HFM Legal, PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
