In the estate of marjorie may nelson, late of 6 arnott street, wagin, western australia, and formerly of 21/1 cormorant entrance, eaton, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 15 november 2025 are required by the executor anne lynette lavrick to send particulars of their claim to the executor, p.o. box 931 katanning wa 6317, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
