Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Susan Hope Stallard, who died on 10 May 2026, are required by the Executor, Paula Annette Martino, to send particulars of their claim by Tuesday 20 October 2026. After this date, the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
