Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 August 2019 at Royal Perth Hospital Perth, Western Australia are required by Lauren Thi-Nhat Uyen Tran, who has been granted probate for the estate, to send particulars of their claims to her at Corser & Corser, Level 4, Irwin Chambers, 16 Irwin Street, Perth, WA 6000 within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
