Enacts regulations for the National Disability Insurance Scheme worker screening process.

These regulations are the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on the day on which the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020 section 81 comes into operation. They prescribe corresponding laws, criminal records agencies, work excluded from the definition of NDIS work, public authorities, class 1 and 2 offences, laws for disclosure, and fees.

Prorogues the legislative council and legislative assembly from the time of publication.
