Order made under the Heritage Act 2018 section 61(1) by the Minister for Heritage. This order is the Heritage (Flying Boat Wreckage Site Protection Order) Revocation Order 2021. This order comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The Flying Boat Wreckage Site Protection Order is revoked.
