I, rita saffioti mla, minister for transport, acting pursuant to section 7a of the shipping and pilotage act 1967, hereby revoke the appointment of captain martin toohey as a deputy harbour master made 21 january 2015 for the following ports— port of barrow island, port of cape preston, port of carnarvon, port of onslow, port of perth, port of port walcott, port of varanus island, port of yampi sound.
