Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 july 2022, are required by the deceased’s personal representative, to send particulars of their claim to her executor gary wenn, [contact details redacted] 6111, by the 18th day of december 2022 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
