Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 july 2022, are required by the deceased’s personal representative, to send particulars of their claim to her executor gary wenn, 2 edmund terrace, kelmscott wa 6111, by the 18th day of december 2022 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
