Revokes previous delegations and delegates functions under the Offshore Minerals Act 2003 (WA), regulations, and the Offshore Minerals (Registration Fees) Act 2003 (WA) to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration. The Minister retains the right to exercise the delegated functions. No sub-delegation is permitted.
