ZZ501 DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS ACT 1970 Notice is hereby given that the following goods are uncollected— Four (4) Toyota Hilux motor vehicles, being— Toyota Hilux 2023, Registration 1HXN996, VINMR0KA3CCX01177339 Toyota Hilux 2023, Registration 1HWP449, VIN MR0KA3CC901175887 Toyota Hilux 2023, Registration 1HXN994, VIN MR0KA3CC001177365 Toyota Hilux 2023, Registration 1HVN377, VIN MR0KA3CC201176217 The above goods were delivered to Voltaic Auto Electrical (Newspace Holdings Pty Ltd) of 38 Welshpool Road, Welshpool WA in or around May 2023 for the purpose of vehicle fit-out works. The owner of the goods is believed to be Grease Monkey Mechanical. Despite demand for payment and collection, the goods remain uncollected and outstanding amounts remain unpaid. Unless the owner of the goods takes delivery of the goods and pays all outstanding amounts within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice, the goods will be sold pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1970 (WA).
