Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 march 2019, are required by the trustee, care of mcfarlane lawyers, po box 1079, west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim to them by 23 july 2019, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
