Under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 (the VET Act) section 60C, the Minister for Education and Training classifies the following prescribed VET qualifications: Class A Qualifications: Being qualifications that a person cannot obtain except by fulfilling the obligations of an apprentice under a training contract. Amends Signwriter Certificate III CPC32111 to Certificate III in Signs and Graphics CPC30216.
