I, william joseph johnston mla, minister for mines and petroleum, pursuant to section 40f of the mining act 1978, hereby cancels the declaration of crown land removed from operation of section 40e declared on 20 may 2020 and published in the government gazette dated 22 may 2020. The subject land is now under the full operation of section 40e of the mining act 1978.
