Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6th October 2024 are required by the executor, Adam Trinder of 76 Robinson Street Gingin WA 6503, to send particulars of their claim by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
