Notice of issue of writ for elections in all the electoral districts to elect members of the Legislative Assembly. Under section 65 of the Electoral Act 1907 I give notice that on Tuesday 6 February 2018 the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly issued a writ under sections 67(2) and 69 of the Act directing me to proceed with an election in the Cottesloe electoral district to elect one member of the Legislative Assembly for that district.

Requires creditors to submit claims against the estate of the deceased within one month of the notice publication.
Requires creditors to submit claims against deceased estates to the Public Trustee by April 13, 2026.
