Having consulted with the Heritage Council of Western Australia in regard to the continued necessity or desirability of the conservation order made in respect of Pithara Hall and Supper Room (hcwa place no. 0667) on 18 september 2009 (the “2009 conservation order”) pursuant to section 59(4) of the heritage of western australia act 1990 (the act), now pursuant to section 59(7)(b) of the act, i, the hon david templeman, mla, minister for local government; heritage; culture and the arts, administering the heritage of western australia act 1990, hereby revoke the 2009 conservation order.
