These regulations are the vocational education and training (colleges) amendment regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows β regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations β on the day after that day. These regulations amend the vocational education and training (colleges) regulations 1996. In regulation 15a(4)(b)(ii) insert after β310,β: 444,
