Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of alan raymond trainer of 12 tobar road, dalyellup wa 6230, who died on 16 september 2016, are required by the executors of the estate stephen francis john down and gregory raymond trainer both of unit 1, 28 wellington street, bunbury wa 6230 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of this publication, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to this claims of which they then have notice.
