The council of the City of South Perth resolved on 22 April 2025 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of South Perth Dogs Local Law 2025 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district and repeals the City of South Perth Dogs Local Law 2016.
