Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on or before the 14th of september 2018, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, care of k. jones of 55 renmark road, kendenup, western australia within 30 days of the date of this publication, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which notice has been given.
