The fes commissioner is the prescribed hazard management agency for emergency management for the hazard of cyclone. I, darren klemm, fes commissioner, as the hma do hereby declare an emergency situation in respect of the tropical cyclone seroja. The area of the state to which the emergency situation declaration applies is— shire of dalwallinu, shire of mingenew, shire of morawa, shire of perenjori.
