Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 15th day of august 2014, are required by the administrator, frank main c/o po box 367, morley wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims by 10th day of july 2017, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
