I, saj abdoolakhan, building commissioner appointed under section 85 of the building services (complaint resolution and administration) act 2011, do hereby waive the building services levy payable in respect of a building, demolition or occupancy permit or building approval certificate granted in connection with building work or demolition work to be carried out, or carried out, in the local government districts of bunbury because of damage caused by a severe storm and tornado on 10 may 2024 in that local government district. This waiver is made pursuant to regulation 15(1) of the building services (complaint resolution and administration) regulations 2011.
