It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Local Planning Scheme No. 1 on 20 May 2024 for the purpose of rezoning Lot 500 Wirring Road from ‘General Agriculture’ to ‘Future Development’ and include it within Schedule 11—Structure Plan Areas.
