Mr Bill Johnston MLA, Minister for Energy, amends the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 under section 104(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. The amendments, cited as the Electricity Networks Access Code Amendments 2019, come into operation on the date of gazettal. Section 3.1A is inserted regarding the commencement of coverage for Horizon Power’s Pilbara network, effective 1 July 2020.
