Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 november 2025, are required by the executor and trustee of her estate, terri-anne famlonga, to send particulars of their claims to her, c/- famlaw legal, po box 980, south perth, wa, 6951 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims for which she then has notice.
