Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 02/11/2021 and 06/11/2021, are required by the trustee of the late Barrie Alan Moores, c/- Mountains Lawyers, PO Box 5379, Rockingham Beach WA 6969 to send particulars of their claims to the trustee within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
