The Public Trustee as executor of the Will of Enid Joyce Cousins has applied to the Supreme Court for the approval of a scheme whereby the trust created by the Will of Enid Joyce Cousins dated 20 January 1994 be varied. After the death of Terrence Cousins, the estate be paid to the Disability Services Commission in or towards the provision of services for intellectually disabled persons. The date proposed for the hearing of the application by the Court is 27 July 2017 at 9.45 am.
