In my capacity as chief dangerous goods officer designated pursuant to section 25(2) of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004 (the act), i provide as follows— 1. Acting pursuant to section 27(1) of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004, i appoint gerard (gerry) burke as a dangerous goods officer for the purposes of the act. 2. This appointment ceases upon the termination of the employment of the person with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
