Made under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020, other than Part 1 and section 23, comes into operation on 1 February 2021.
