Amending the commission issued on 20 August 2019 to appoint The Honourable Roslyn Gay Atkinson AO as an additional member of the Royal Commission and direct the Chairman of the Commission to be responsible for ensuring the effective, orderly and expeditious conduct of the inquiry.
