These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996. Amendments include inserting a definition for 'final year secondary school student' in regulation 12(1), modifying regulations 12(6) and 12(7) to include 'final year secondary school student', amending regulation 13(3), and amending regulation 15A regarding Australian residency requirements for students.
