Notice to creditors and claimants of Janet Barnard late of [contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 11 July 2021 are required by the trustee, care of Mcfarlane Lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 3 december 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
