Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 February 2024, are required by the Executors, Peter Alan Raynor and Darren Charles Glass, care of po box 564, west perth, wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim by tuesday 5 november 2024, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
