Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 February 2024, are required by the Executors, Peter Alan Raynor and Darren Charles Glass, care of [contact details redacted] their claim by tuesday 5 november 2024, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
