Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 15th day of October 2020, are required by the executors, being mr aidan jaye goodchild and jade ebony goodchild to send particulars of their claims to them at po box 3060, joondalup, wa, 6027, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
