These regulations amend the Transport Co-ordination Regulations 1985. Schedule 3 is replaced, listing airports including Albany, Balgo, Broome International, Busselton-Margaret River, Carnarvon, Derby, Esperance, Fitzroy Crossing, Geraldton, Halls Creek, Kalbarri, Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Kalumburu, Kambalda, Karratha, Kununurra, Laverton, Learmonth, Leinster, Leonora, Meekatharra, Mount Magnet, Newman, Onslow, Paraburdoo, Port Hedland International, Ravensthorpe, Shark Bay, and Wiluna.
