Pursuant to section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel Notice MX403 published in the Government Gazette on 30 January 2007 and close the waters to navigation to all vessels in the following area— Hillarys Boat Harbour: All those waters contained by lines commencing from a point 115°44.4270′E, 31°49.4855′S (at the southwest corner of the Swimming Jetty) then 115°44.4005′E, 31°49.4475′S (15 metres beyond the north-western corner of the jetty on the prolongation of the western side of the jetty); then to 115°44.3965′E, 31°49.3885′S; then to 115°44.3910′E, 31°49.3710′S; then to 115°44.3950′E, 31°49.3460′S; then to a point on the shore 115°44.4170′E, 1°49.3285′S; This notice is valid from the date of publication
