In accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Albany has declared the following persons to be authorised fire weather officers for the period of 1 july 2025 to 30 june 2026—chief bushfire control officer: mr rob lynn, deputy chief bushfire control officer: mr graeme poole.
