In the matter of the estate of Ena Willemsen, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 27 december 2023, are required by the executor, james illich, to send the particulars of their claims to [contact details redacted] the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
