In the estate of Dorothy Jean Gilbert, late of Mercy Place Lathlain, [contact details redacted], persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the above named deceased who died on the 26th November, 2020 are required by the Executor, Kaye Gilbert, [contact details redacted] 6101, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 28th May, 2021 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
