Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 july 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him care of joanne matich + associates, lawyers, suite 7, 88 broadway, nedlands by 5 march 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
