The estate of Peter Andrew Gartside of [contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 February 2025, are required by the executor, Roger David Spencer, to send particulars of their claims to him care of Susanna Ho Legal Services of Unit 8, 182, Eighth Avenue, Inglewood WA 6052 by 26 September 2025 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
