A person must not fish by any means in a Sanctuary Area of the Rowley Shoals Marine Park. A person must not fish for a commercial purpose in a Recreation Area of the Rowley Shoals Marine Park. A person must not fish in a Recreation Area of the Rowley Shoals Marine Park by means of netting; or by means of pointed instrument whilst using compressed air apparatus; or by collecting specimen shell. A person engaged in fishing by means of pointed instrument without the aid of compressed air apparatus must not fish in the Clerke Lagoon Recreation Area.
