It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 September 2023 for the purpose of amending Schedule 2, rezoning land in Tambellup, and deleting/inserting definitions for camping ground and caravan park.

Appoints Alan Holzknecht, Brendon Boyle, Jonathan Webster, Carl Letter, Martin Deely, and Amanda Plant as fire weather officers for the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup and cancels all previous appointments.
Requires landowners in Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup to conduct fire prevention work.
Appoints persons to designated positions for the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup under the Bush Fires Act 1954.
Appoints authorised officers and registration officers under the Dog Act 1976 and Cat Act 2011.
