In the matter of the estate of Maxwell Peter Matutinovich, late of [contact details redacted] of western australia, business proprietor, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 january 2018, are required by the executors of care of fort knox legal, [contact details redacted] fort knox legal by 15 june 2018, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
