Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 november 2018, are required by the administrators and trustees jaiden clare ranford and liam christopher ranford both of 36 ponytail drive, stanhope gardens, new south wales to send particulars of their claims care of gregson & associates, po box z5017, st georges terrace, perth, western australia 6831 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
