Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 5 october 2019 are required by the personal representative, maree joyce forester c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 7 august 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
