Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Ross Seaforth Mackenzie, deceased, are required by the Executor Timothy Richard Mackenzie to send particulars of their claims to him by one month from the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the executor may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
