This public notice is to advise that I, Hon Hannah Beazley, being Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)(Act) is committed, in accordance with the powers conferred on me pursuant to section 3.69 of the Act, hereby declare that the Rivers Regional Subsidiary was approved and established on 16 December 2024.
